I telephoned the day before after 7pm at night after discovering a wasp nest in the loft — they booked me in immediately and arrived the following morning! Very knowledgeable and professional, they removed the nest and reassured me that all remnants of the nest were gone. Very competitively priced for such wonderful service. They were also very polite and respectful of my property.”

From the very start, the service we got from Ray and his team was incredible. So knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. It's been a really stressful and difficult thing to deal with, but with each visit I felt more and more assured by them. We couldn't recommend them highly enough, as long as you follow their advice and trust that they know what they're doing you won't go wrong hiring them.”
“The best service I have ever used out of any trade. I had an infestation of psocids and Ray and his colleague Dave were very prompt and professional in dealing with them for me. They were also really friendly and offered such an efficient service that they came back a couple of weeks later to make sure all the insects were gone. Highly recommend, so glad I contacted this company.”
“After feeding the birdseed squirrels in my big garden I got a lot of rats. They multiplied very quickly and got into the shed and under the decking. Confirm a Kill sent a lovely chap who was very careful and returned three times in all. After his first visit there were no more rats, but he came back to check. He was polite, punctual, thorough and made sure no other wildlife in the garden would be harmed. Now the rat problem is solved and I can really recommend this company.”
“Had a wasp nest, first treatment wasn't as successful as hoped, however, Confirm A Kill came straight back without any quibbles. Second treatment seems to have worked but I've no doubt they'd come back again if asked. A good professional company, good operatives and great communication, and one I'd use again.”

“Really helpful over the phone and gave me advice on what to do overnight to manage a wasp nest I'd disturbed during renovations. Told me they'd come first thing the next morning and I'd be first on the list — which I took with a pinch of salt and expected to be waiting as with most services! But I was wrong! Arrived on time and called to give me 20 minutes notice. Really prompt service, Andrew was really professional & took time to advise me on what to do / what the process was. Really reasonably priced for the service provided. Would 100% recommend!”
“Fantastic service from start to finish. Ray was friendly, helpful, and gave me lots of advice about how to treat my pest problem. The price was also a lot lower than the quote I had from another firm. He arranged an appointment the next day, arrived exactly on time, called beforehand to say he was on the way, got on with the job, explained what he was doing, and advised me exactly what I needed to do to make sure the treatment worked safely. The best part of the service was the guarantee that if the problem came back in the first few weeks he would re-treat for free. Extremely reassuring, expert service.”
“This is the second time I've called them. I was very happy with their service so when I've found a different issue (mice droppings) in our garage I knew who to call. I highly recommend them — previously I was let down by several pest control companies but Confirm a Kill is very professional, they told me exactly what to expect, how much it will cost, no hidden fees, they came out promptly and started treatment, they were always on time, even giving me a call when they were on the way. After the course of treatment my issue is resolved.”

“I rang Confirm a Kill and even in the initial call to Ray he diagnosed what the problem was likely to be and how they would confirm it. Luckily Andrew was in the area so same day we had a visit. He checked down both our manholes and found evidence (something the council had not done) — he put some dye down the rat run and it showed in the drainage system showing there is a crack in the pipe. We are so impressed by the professionalism of this company, I can't praise them enough. Certainly excellent value for money.”
“Excellent prompt service for a rat problem at our house. Focus on the route in and the right advice given led to it being cleared up really quickly. Not just throwing bait at the problem, the pest controller really thinks holistically around the whole problem. Very skilled, very pleasant to work with, and the fact you pay a fixed rate for 3–4 visits is an excellent way of doing things. Would thoroughly recommend!”
