Version 2026-09-16-v1 · effective 16 September 2026
1. Your choices
Necessary technology is always on because the site cannot run securely without it. Analytics and marketing technology stay off unless you choose the relevant category. On the first-visit banner, Accept all and Reject optional are given equal prominence. You can withdraw or change a choice at any time using.
Preferences are stored in your browser under the keycak_privacy_preferences (preference version 2026-09-16-v1). The record holds category choices and a timestamp — not your name or contact details. When the preference version changes, we ask again.
2. Necessary
Necessary functions support:
- Security and abuse prevention for enquiry and upload endpoints.
- Remembering your privacy choice so we do not re-prompt on every page.
- Holding short-lived enquiry context so a quote request you choose to send can include the campaign or landing page that brought you here.
Cloudflare Turnstile may load when you interact with an enquiry form to protect submissions. The site also holds one session-storage entry named cak_attribution, cleared when you close the tab. It records the landing path and any campaign tags from that visit. It contains no personal identifier and is not used to follow you across other websites.
3. Analytics (optional)
Everything in this category stays off until you allow it. If you do:
- The site may count a closed set of first-party business events on our own servers — including phone call taps, email link taps, enquiry form start/complete, photograph upload use, service-page CTAs and commercial enquiry CTAs.
- Those records hold no name, no contact details, no IP address and no page path that could identify a person. A temporary visit identifier in session storage joins events within one visit and is discarded if you withdraw analytics consent.
- Google Analytics 4 may additionally load if a measurement ID is configured for the environment. GA4 is consent-gated: it is not requested until analytics is allowed, and it is not treated as active until that identifier is confirmed in the launch checklist.
4. Marketing (optional)
Marketing technology is optional and separate from choosing to receive marketing email. The framework can gate Google Ads conversion tags and Meta Pixel behind the marketing choice. Neither should be treated as active until its identifier, purposes, cookies and retention have been confirmed. Advertising click identifiers from campaign URLs are only kept in enquiry attribution when marketing technology is allowed.
