The Rat Capital of Nottingham
In a survey ran by the Nottingham Post, Aspley has been named as the ‘rat capital of Nottingham,’ with city council pest controllers being called out to 155 rodent infestations in the estate last year.
Figures obtained by the Post showed the authority received 1,575 requests to deal with mice, rats, squirrels, pigeons, cockroaches, bedbugs, beetles, fleas, flies, ants and wasps throughout 2016.
